Andrés is a co-founder at Sanas, a 100+ person Speech AI company, which he started while studying at Stanford University. Having raised over $60MM in VC and built the initial business around Sanas, he holds strong expertise in the B2B and Enterprise AI spaces. Having been an active investor and advisor around idea-stage startups in the Bay Area, he’s seen the 0-to-1 stage in multiple iterations and can help founders replicate hyper growth environments.
Sharath joined Sanas in 2022 as COO & Co-Founder. Previously, he was the Co-Founder and CRO of ObserveAI and was responsible for hyper growth from inception to unicorn in under 5 years. During Sharath’s tenure, ObserveAI crossed over $15M+ in ARR, grown to over 300 employees and became a market leader in the contact center AI domain. Sharath has raised over $500M in VC, was a part of Y Combinator and is passionate about helping founders on their journey.
Andy Lee has held a decorated career as the Founder and CEO of Alorica, a market- leading BPO with over 100,000+ employees in 16 countries servicing 250+ enterprise customers. After moving to Executive Chairman in April 2022, Andy has joined Carya as a Venture Partner to specialize on advancing the portfolio companies' GTM efforts, access to design partners, close executive coaching, and mentorship.
Marty Massih Sarim (GTM Partner)
Marty has recently joined the board of Sanas as President and comes with over 25 years of experience in contact center and enterprises. He has built and sold several BPOs across the globe, as well as served as advisor to Observe AI, Airkit, Minverva CQ, Humantic, and many other startups in the Bay Area. Marty has the experience and ability to accurately evaluate technology use cases in real world applications, applying it to assist our portfolio with GTM expansion.
Sai Supriya Sharath (Operating Partner)
Sai has been a co-founder of Ungarble (acquired by Deepgram), a founding member at a speech ASR startup acquired by IBM, as well as a GTM and funding advisor for HR tech startup, Spottabl Al, and new market expansion advisor for PacketZoom (acquired by Roblox). She has over 15 years of experience in building & leading global sales and marketing teams with a focus on Mid-Market and Enterprises at Practo, Fiberlink (now IBM), Mobstac and Akamai.
Michael Greenbaum (Venture Associate)
Michael was the Founder and CEO of Virus Cares, a global medical supply company employing 37 team members, and Lunar LLC, a Web3 development/consulting firm, generating $7MM+ USD in aggregate revenue. Michael graduated UC Berkeley in 2023 and holds a B.A. Degree in Data Science and Economics. Michael has made several notable angel investments including Syntonic Wireless (Seed) and Subspace Network (Series A). Michael was previously a Venture Analyst at AngelList before joining Carya as an Associate in May of 2024.

Luke is a Product Manager for Microsoft 365 Copilot, the integration of Generative AI experiences into Microsoft’s enterprise productivity suite. The initiatives Luke leads span across both Copilot’s backend infrastructure and frontend applied experiences, the knowledge from which he uses this view to help drive Carya’s Substack and overall Content Strategy. Outside of Microsoft, Luke is an advisor and investor in the Gen AI landscape, including Carya portfolio companies CIPIO.ai and Dimmo, respectively. Luke graduated Magna Cum Laude from Duke with a B.A degree in Computer Science and Philosophy.
